How to slide the seat pan of a computer chair
Some computer chairs come with a ’seat slide’ that allow you to extend the depth of the seat by up to 5cm. The seat slide is fitted to the underside of the seat and has a handle-bar just under the front of the seat.
To extend the depth of your seat, sit on the chair and pull the handle-bar forwards while nudging the seat forwards with your body. To reduce the depth of the seat, sit on the chair and push the handle-bar backwards while nudging the seat backwards with your body.
